Carnivore II : Day 11 - Two Delicious Ways With Roo Mince

Today's menu wasn't terribly inspiring, so I won't keep you long:

Breakfast: Leftover kangaroo mince topped with bacon, served with a slice of fried haloumi (hello weekend treat!)

Dinner: Leftover kangaroo mince in an omelette wrap, sprinkled with shaved Parmesan

Meanwhile, I set my hunk of pork fat rendering in the late afternoon, and eventually produced my newest perfectly pure jarful of joy!
