Breakfast: two pure grass-fed beef sausages
Lunch: two pure grass-fed beef sausages (sound familiar?)
Entree: threw together calamari rings, cabbage and capsicum in a pan with hot coconut oil, sautéed until calamari cooked through, then served with a little grated carrot on top. No seasonings necessary - utterly delicious!
Dinner: grass-fed lamb forequarter chops
