Today's Tucker (Very Low Carb Edition) - 10/08/09

Breakfast: Handful of almonds, grabbed on the way out the door.

Lunch: tin of tuna, and a celery stick (didn't pack lunch, had tuna in my desk, and work provided afternoon tea, with only one edible item...)

Dinner: Roast chicken, salmon (didn't eat all of it), cabbage, eggs, tomato, snap peas, and capsicum! Feasty!
