Breakfast: The Usual with feta
Lunch: Chicken drumsticks, coated in lard, thyme and pork cracklings, then roasted. Had originally planned for the second pair to be tomorrow's lunch, but that didn't quite happen...
Dinner: lamb roast at the boy's impro gig - tiny bit of meat (comparatively); had to supplement with the roast carrot served with it. Thankfully, my stomach did not explode. Ready to test 'real' vegetables tomorrow...
